This Privacy Policy explains how the Buyn Earn mobile application and related services handle user information, reward activity, and platform data.

Reward Points Policy

• Reward Points issued by a vendor are valued at Rs. 1/- for 1 Reward Point, subject to the applicable terms of the vendor.
• Reward Points cannot be converted into cash.
• Reward Points must be redeemed with the issuing vendor according to applicable making charges, product charges, pricing, and product conditions at the time of redemption.
• Buyn Earn Private Limited is not responsible for product returns or exchanges, which are governed by the vendor's individual policy.

Vendor Responsibilities

• The software must be used only for the purposes defined in the agreement and within the authorized scope of use.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code or underlying algorithms is strictly prohibited.
• Vendors are responsible for communicating applicable reward redemption conditions, additional charges, and product-specific limitations to customers.
• Gold biscuits or loose gold are not available against Reward Points; only eligible ornaments may be purchased using Reward Points.
• Users may submit complaints to the Complaint Officer: Mr. Sagar Parajiya.
• Buyn Earn reserves the right to monitor or audit software usage to ensure compliance with the agreement.

Privacy Policy

• Personal data, user data, source code, system architecture, and software-related information are treated as confidential.
• Confidential information and personal data are used only for legitimate platform, support, compliance, and service-related purposes.
• Reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including access controls and secure storage practices, are used to protect platform data.
• Access to confidential software data is limited to authorized personnel who have a legitimate need to know.
• Privacy and confidentiality obligations continue after termination or expiration of the applicable agreement.
• Upon termination of an agreement, confidential data may be returned, retained only as legally required, or securely deleted according to applicable obligations.

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising under this agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot.
